Cloud cross necklace confrontation re-emerges
ST. CLOUD — A
fake story about a teenager being reprimanded for wearing a cross necklace in a
St. Cloud sports store is once again making rounds on social media. Facebook
users are sharing a post about a 17-year-old boy in St. Cloud shopping at a
sports store, “Shields” — an apparent reference to Scheels. The anecdote
purports that the cashier — a Muslim
woman wearing a headscarf — told the
teenager to hide his cross necklace while checking out. After the store manager
also told him to put the cross under his shirt, the teenager refused, left his
items and walked out of the store. […]

Abu Dhabi denies rumour of
deadly cockroaches rampant in the city
Abu Dhabi: The waste management authority in Abu Dhabi
has been stomping down hard on the latest rumour circulating on UAE social
networking sites. The Abu Dhabi Waste Management Centre, which is also known as
Tadweer, has denied that the number of cockroaches in the emirate has risen at
an exceptionally fast rate. It also denied that the cockroaches, which emerge

honoring possible alien abduction in Pascagoula
PASCAGOULA, Miss. (WLOX) - An interaction that has
made Pascagoula known around the world was finally commemorated Saturday.
Calvin Parker’s tale about alien abduction is now marked forever on the banks
