School Shooting Threat (San Ramon, CA) – Clown Offers Candy (Clarksville, TN) – Legend Tripping & Vandalism (Eatonville, FL)

Demonstrating the adaptability of graffiti, in the last few years threats of school shootings have increasingly been appearing on school bathroom walls. In 2016 it happened at Palo Duro High School, Amarillo, Texas. Last year it happened at Inman Middle School, Paris, Tennessee; Hickory High School, Hickory, North Carolina; and Tarpon Springs Middle School, Tarpon Springs, Florida. (There are likely other examples I’m unaware of.) The threats sometimes include a specific date for the shooting, a sure indication of a hoax. What killer would decrease the potential number of victims by scaring away students on that day?
