UPDATE: Apology letter
released for 'Stop and frisk' student inspection at North Monterey Co. High
North Monterey High County High School posted on its
Facebook that a letter calling for a school-wide male penis inspection is
actually a prank made by students. Among other things, it asks students that
inspections be separated into "circumsized" and
"uncircumsized." The letter was made to look identical to the format
of other notices sent out by the district. The letter includes a copy of the
superintendent's signature, as well. […]

of mandatory genitalia 'inspections'

that looks like it was written on a CPS letterhead. […] "The Cincinnati
Public School District is required by law to conduct mandatory penis and
vaginal inspections on all students, faculty and staff at Gilbert. A. Dater
High School in accordance to the City of Cincinnati health codes. […] All
circumcised males should report to Ms. Field's room, all uncircumcised males to
report to Ms. Christmon's room, and all females report to Ms. Blair's room."
